Kaulig Racing has announced the newest driver for its No. 25 NASCAR Truck Series 'free agent' entry.
Popular IndyCar star Conor Daly will be making his return to the series in late July at Indianapolis Raceway Park, the Indiana native heading to his own back yard for the second time in three years.
Daly has run races in all three of NASCAR's national series, most recently in 2024 when he ran three Truck Series races for Niece Motorsports and one Xfinity Series event for Sam Hunt Racing.
One of those three Truck Series races was also at Indianapolis Raceway Park, eventually finishing three laps down in 29th place.

Conor Daly 'pumped' to return to Truck Series
“I’m pumped to get this opportunity at IRP," Daly said in a statement. "Racing in front of the hometown crowd is always electric, and climbing into a Ram truck with Kaulig Racing for this race is going to be a blast. I know I’ll have a lot of folks cheering at IRP!”
Daly joins a stacked cast of drivers who have stepped into the No. 25 truck this year, which kicked off its life with Tony Stewart behind the wheel at Daytona as Ram returned to the sport with a bang.
The car has also featured drivers from other racing series – like IMSA star Colin Braun – as well as retired NASCAR drivers, current Cup Series drivers, and the impossible to pigeon-hole Travis Pastrana.
