The 2026 NASCAR Cup Series hits San Diego today, Sunday, June 21st, and we've got all of the information you need to know ahead of the race action.

Sunday's race, named the Anduril 250, is set to see the Cup Series stars complete 75 laps of the 3.4-mile street course, with stage breaks due on laps 20 and 40 before a 35-lap run to the black and white checkered flag.

This is the first ever Cup Series race at Coronado Naval Base, so we can't look back at recent winners...but it's worth pointing out that Shane van Gisbergen won the last street race on the calendar, at Chicago last year, and has won six of the last seven road/street races.

Van Gisbergen put in an uncharacteristically sloppy lap in his one qualifying attempt, hitting the wall twice, but had so much pace that he still managed to take pole position ahead of Carson Hocevar.

With that said, the chaos that the Truck and O'Reilly races have provided this weekend are a clear sign that the race victory is totally up for grabs, and we can't wait to see who comes out on top!
