Action sports legend Travis Pastrana will return to NASCAR action when he drives for Kaulig Racing in Truck Series action in Charlotte on May 22.
The 41-year-old from Annapolis, Md. has built his huge fame through the X Games, where he became one of the most decorated athletes in history with multiple gold medals in motocross and rally.
He transitioned to four wheels with success in the Rally America championship and later competed in the Global Rallycross Championship. Travis then made his NASCAR debut in 2012 and has since racked up 50 starts across the three premier series.

Travis Pastrana on NASCAR return
Now Pastrana has agreed to climb behind the wheel of Kaulig's No. 25 Ram 1500 at Charlotte Motor Speedway on May 22 as part of Ram’s Free Agent Driver Program.
“I love racing and competing at everything, and NASCAR is one of the biggest and most competitive stages on earth,” he explained.
“Having the opportunity to hop in the No. 25 Ram truck with Kaulig Racing through the Free Agent Program is an amazing opportunity. These Ram 1500s are so much fun to drive. We’re going to go out there, put on a show for the fans and see what we can do.”
