Kyle Busch is still waiting to end his long winless streak in NASCAR Cup Series action. To say it's been a while, would be a massive understatement.
The 40-year-old two-time Cup Series king from Las Vegas, Nevada has now gone well over two years since tasting victory in the sport's premier series.
Busch has struggled mightily since winning three times in his first 15 races since moving to Richard Childress Racing. And despite some green shoots of recovery early in 2026 (notably claiming pole for the Daytona 500), the wait goes on.
Kyle Busch’s last NASCAR Cup Series win
Busch claimed his last NASCAR Cup Series victory back on June 4, 2023 when he came home in front at the Enjoy Illinois 300 at Worldwide Technology Raceway in Madison, Illinois.
Since that date, Busch has gone 100 Cup Series races without registering another victory - quite the winless streak.
Despite that barren run, Busch remains the active driver with the most Cup Series wins - he has 63 in total.
Busch has an incredible 232 race victories across the three major NASCAR categories - with his most recent being a Truck Series success at Atlanta in February 2026.
Kyle Busch Daytona 500 record
A win in The Great American Race on Sunday would have been the very first of a career which will one day seen Busch enshrined in the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte.
Kyle’s current record in the Great American Race now stands at a brutal 0-21, with his best finishing position fourth - something he has achieved on four different occasions.
