The 2026 NASCAR season continues at Talladega Superspeedway this weekend, and the action kicks off with qualifying in the O'Reilly Auto Parts Series today, Friday, April 24.

NASCAR has confirmed that single-car qualifying will be in place at the 2.66-mile track in Alabama, with 38 entries set to get one chance to earn their starting spot for Saturday's race and try to claim pole.

Hill also took pole at Daytona International Speedway earlier this season, once again highlighting the team's pace on superspeedways.

Is there Xfinity Series qualifying today?

Yes and no. No, there is no Xfinity Series qualifying today. However, that is because NASCAR's second division has been renamed the O'Reilly Auto Parts Series for 2026.

O'Reilly Auto Parts signed a multi-year title sponsorship with NASCAR that was announced in August 2025.
