NASCAR has released its post-race penalty report after an action-packed race weekend at Nashville Superspeedway.
All three national NASCAR series were in action in Tennessee last Friday through Sunday, with Denny Hamlin, Justin Allgaier and Layne Riggs winning the Cup, O'Reilly and Truck Series races.
NASCAR has now confirmed two penalties following the event, although there are none in either the Cup or the O'Reilly Series.

NASCAR releases Nashville penalty report
There is, however, a penalty in the Truck Series, with NASCAR penalizing the No. 99 team at ThorSport Racing.
Ben Rhodes drove the truck to a 28th-place finish at Nashville, and during the race, one of the wheels from his car became detached. Under NASCAR's rules, a loose wheel is a safety violation, and as a result, ThorSport Racing has been punished.
Under Sections 8.8.10.4A and 10.5.2.5D, NASCAR has suspended Jackman Evan Clay and rear tire changer Pedro Martinez for the next two points races in the Truck Series. This means that they will now miss this weekend's action in Michigan, and the event at the San Diego Naval Base later this month.
NASCAR confirms indefinite suspension
Elsewhere, there was one other penalty, with Quinta Funderburk indefinitely suspended from NASCAR under Sections 4.1 & 10.1.A of the rule book.
Funderburk's Instagram page appears to show him working as a jackman for Freedom Racing Enterprises on the No. 76 in the Truck Series at recent events.
