NASCAR star Tyler Reddick has revealed he's glad to see the back of the antitrust lawsuit that could have cost him his Cup Series drive.
Reddick drives the No. 45 Toyota for 23XI Racing, which, along with Front Row Motorsports, lost their Cup Series charters during the 2025 season, midway through a legal battle against the stock car racing series.
This was due to 23XI and Front Row having sued NASCAR back in October 2024, alleging anticompetitive and monopolistic practices.
Eventually, the case went to trial in North Carolina on December 1, and thankfully, there was a happy ending, with NASCAR, 23XI and Front Row settling on day nine.
This not only brought the antitrust case to an end, but crucially, restored the teams' charters heading into 2026.

Tyler Reddick on 23XI-NASCAR settlement
Asked for his thoughts on the lawsuit being settled and entering a new season without it rumbling on in the background at 23XI, Reddick said, via Peter Stratta: “I mean all that was going on, but I definitely felt like to start the year, well, throughout the year, it didn't affect how our team operated.
“But yeah, it is done. It’s now settled on and everything, so excited to see how this year plays out for us as a team.”
Quizzed further on the matter, Reddick was asked just how concerned he was during the case. It turns out, not very much.
“Well, I mean, truthfully, I wasn't all that concerned,” Reddick admitted.
“I feel like I'm a good driver and regardless of how it played out, I feel like I could have found my way in the future.
“I'm glad it worked out. I'm glad it went down the way that it did and everyone was able to settle.”
