2025 NASCAR Truck Series title contender Kaden Honeycutt has landed himself a new, full-time drive for 2026.

The news was confirmed in an official statement this weekend, with TRICON Garage announcing that they had secured the 22-year-old's services for next season.

Honeycutt made it to the Championship 4 at Phoenix last month but fell short of title glory, finishing the season in third place behind Ty Majeski and championship winner Corey Heim.

This came after he had driven full-time last year, but for three different teams across the campaign - Niece Motorsports, Young's Motorsports and Halmar Friesen Racing.

The Willow Park, Texas native is likely to have the machinery to challenge once again next season, however, given that he is set to pilot the No. 11 Tricon Garage Toyota that Heim secured this year's championship in, also winning 12 races along the way.

Honeycutt lands dream role for 2026

As part of the move, Honeycutt will also join the Toyota driver development program, whilst Tricon have also confirmed that veteran crew chief Scott Zipadelli will return to the No. 11 team next season.

“I’ve waited my entire career for an opportunity like this,” Honeycutt said in a team release.

“I can’t thank Toyota and Tricon enough for trusting me to carry the torch for the No. 11 Safelite Tundra and continue its incredible run of success.

"I’m truly honored and fired up to chase a championship with this team in 2026.”

'Exciting' transition for Tricon

Elsewhere in the official announcement, Kevin Ray, Partner and General Manager at Tricon, added: “This is an exciting transition for Tricon.

“We’ve watched Kaden perform and overcome uncertainty, and we admire the grit it’s taken to reach this point.

"We have no doubt he’s worthy of this opportunity and look forward to him continuing to put Tricon and our No. 11 team in a position to win races and contend for championships.”
