A NASCAR team has announced a major reshuffle of its organization heading into the 2026 season.

Noah Gragson's crew chief for the No. 4 Front Row Motorsports car Drew Blickensderfer will leave that role to begin serving as the organization's competition director, after 17 years as a Cup crew chief.

Blickensderfer will be replaced within the No. 4 team by Grant Hutchens a NASCAR veteran who has been in a number of senior engineering roles for the likes of Kevin Harvick and Ryan Blaney.

The team has also brought Jonathan DeHart aboard as its new aerodynamics manager, after some time at Hendrick Motorsports and in IndyCar with GM Racing.

FRM owner delighted with new additions

Team owner Bob Jenkins said in a statement on Friday: “We are very fortunate, and I am extremely excited to add experienced, talented people like Grant and Jonathan to leadership roles in the organization.

"With the inclusion of our Truck Series teams, we operate (5) full-time teams and I’m equally as excited to have Drew turn his attention to providing direction and guidance to our crew chiefs and competition group as a whole.

"Having Drew in this new role for us and Seth being able to focus on the technical aspects within our team, it puts us in a better position to execute on the track and achieve our goals in 2026.”

With testing planned this month at North Wilkesboro for its Cup program and Rockingham for its Truck setup, the personnel changes are effective immediately.
