NASCAR has released its post-race penalty report from Charlotte Motor Speedway, and it includes four suspensions.
It was an emotionally charged weekend in North Carolina following the sudden passing of Kyle Busch last Thursday, with the Cup, O'Reilly and Truck Series races having been won by Daniel Suarez, Ross Chastain and Layne Riggs, respectively.
Following the event, NASCAR has now confirmed four post-event penalties across two of those three series, including an indefinite suspension.

That indefinite suspension comes in the Cup Series, with 23XI Racing employee Evanna Howell having been suspended from NASCAR without a time frame for her return under Section 4.4A of the rule book.
According to a report from WCNC, Howell was arrested on Saturday after being accused of intentionally hitting a 77-year-old man with a golf cart at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Elsewhere in the Cup Series, two crew members from the No. 78 Live Fast Motorsports crew have also been suspended, although their suspensions will only last through the next two events at Nashville and Michigan.
Ian Schulz and Deiontae Jones are the crew members in question, who will now miss out after Katherine Legge's car lost a tire out on the track during Sunday's race.
Last but certainly not least, the No. 9 team at JR Motorsports has also seen one of their crew members, Michael Roberts, suspended 'through and including Pocono Raceway'.
That penalty relates to an unsecured lug nut having been discovered in post-race technical inspection. JR Motorsports were also fined $5,000.
