NASCAR star Ryan Blaney was sent an emotional, heartfelt message from his wife Gianna as the couple celebrated a very special day recently.

Having married on the 12th of December 2024, the loved-up couple celebrated their first anniversary in recent days, and Gianna took to social media to share a photo compilation of their wedding day to mark the occasion.

"Being married to you has been the best year of my life," was the message sent to Blaney, along with an array of stunning images from the special day.

This isn't the first time that Gianna has used social media to send a loving message to the Team Penske star.

Last year, after their wedding day, Gianna wrote on Instagram: "Now I understand when people say “Your wedding will be the best night of your life”.

"I will forever say I’m the luckiest girl in the world to have married my best friend, dream man and funniest person I know all in one.

"I hope everyone gets to experience a love like ours."

A great year for Blaney

Of course, their wedding anniversary is not the only reason that the couple have had cause to celebrate recently.

After announcing their pregnancy earlier this year, Ryan and Gianna welcomed their first child to the world in November, a son whom they named Charley Bennett Blaney.

It was also a relatively strong year for Blaney on the track. Although he did not win the championship at Phoenix and repeat his 2023 success this time around, there were certainly positives to take.

The Team Penske star won four races in the No. 12 Ford and also registered 15 top-five finishes, proving himself yet again as one of the best and most consistent drivers in the Cup Series.

All in all, but for a tire blowout at Las Vegas, things in the playoffs might have turned out very differently for Blaney, but make no mistake, he will once again be one of the favorites for the title when the 2026 season gets underway.
