Semi-retired NASCAR star Parker Kligerman will drive for his third different NASCAR Truck Series team of the year at an upcoming race.
The driver and broadcaster has been announced for the No. 77 Spire Motorsports truck in next weekend's race at Lime Rock Park, having already driven two Truck races for Kaulig Racing and one for Henderson Motorsports this year.
The race will be a meaningful one for Kligerman, who grew up going to races at Lime Rock in his native Connecticut, and a chance he may not have ever expected to get as the circuit was only awarded a Truck Series race for the first time last year.
That being said...he may have had an inkling that was coming, thanks to his role as a part-owner of the circuit where he took his first laps in a racecar.

Lime Rock race 'a dream I didn't know how to dream'
“Lime Rock was the first track I visited as a kid and the first place I ever drove a racecar,” Kligerman said in a statement released on Wednesday.
“To go from that 10-year-old fan in the hills, to part-owner, to now actually racing a NASCAR truck here is a dream I didn’t even know to dream. It’s hard to put into words how special this weekend is.”
There is no NASCAR Truck Series race this weekend, meaning that the Lime Rock Park race on July 11 is the next time they'll take to the track.
