It's race day once again in the NASCAR Cup Series today, Sunday, March 29, and we've got all of the timing, scheduling and TV channel information you need ahead of the action.

The Cook Out 400 is set to see the Cup Series stars cover over 210 miles across 400 laps at the Virginia track, with stage breaks on laps 80 and 180 before a 220-lap dash to the black and white checkered flag.

NASCAR RESULTS TODAY: Live Cup Series at Martinsville coverage including stage winners and points

Joe Gibbs Racing star Denny Hamlin won last season's spring race at Martinsville, and he looks like a strong contender to take the win once again this time around, showing excellent pace in practice on Saturday before going on to take pole in qualifying.

Hamlin will face stiff competition, though, including from Hendrick Motorsports star William Byron. The driver of the No. 24 Chevrolet won the fall race at Martinsville last season and starts second, on the front row alongside Hamlin.

Don’t count out Tyler Reddick, either. The 23XI star tops the points standings heading into Sunday’s race after winning four of the opening six events of the season, and starts in eighth position at the green flag.

At the end of the day, only one driver can claim one of those prized Martinsville grandfather clocks, and we can't wait to see who that is.
