NASCAR's most popular driver Chase Elliott will have a new look for 2026, his Hendrick Motorsports team has revealed.
Forming strong partnerships has always been a key thing for any NASCAR team to function, and given the cost of running cars in the next-gen era - as revealed in the NASCAR-23xi lawsuit this week - sponsorships might just be as important as they have ever been.
Fortunately for Chase Elliott, he and NAPA Auto Parts formed a strong partnership many years ago, with the Atlanta-based company first beginning to support the Dawsonville, Georgia native as a primary sponsor during his 2014 Xfinity Series campaign in which he became the youngest-ever national series champion.
The partnership has continued ever since, and in that time, Elliott has gone on to become a Cup Series champion and establish himself as one of the strongest, most consistent drivers in the sport.
Chase Elliott's new NAPA Auto Parts paint scheme
Back in 2022, it was announced that Hendrick Motorsports and NAPA Auto Parts had reached a new multi-year contract extension that would see them continue their 26-race primary sponsorship of Elliott's No. 9 Chevrolet.
Such is their importance to the team, at the time, Elliott himself said: "None of this is possible without NAPA.
"I’m so thankful for their commitment to our team and their passion for what we do every weekend. I’ve been lucky to meet a lot of great folks from across the country who work for NAPA.
"All of us are really proud to represent a company that takes care of its employees and its customers and is driven to be successful in every aspect. I’m looking forward to what’s to come and celebrating more wins together."
Now, ahead of the 2026 season, Hendrick Motorsports have revealed the fresh new paint scheme that Elliott will be running for the majority of next season that features NAPA Auto Parts' traditional blue, yellow and white colors.
Elliott's 2025 NAPA paint scheme was characterized by its blue base, which dominated the entire No. 9 Chevrolet, with the yellow branding serving as a primary accent color.
However, the design for 2026, whilst still using blue on the upper sections of the car, transitions to a white foundation for the car's mid-low section, with blue and yellow trim used in this area, too, for a fresh new look.
Personally, we think it looks great, but you can take a look for yourselves below!
