NASCAR has confirmed penalties for three drivers and teams following post-race inspection at Dover Motor Speedway.
While Sunday will see the Cup Series stars take part in the All-Star Race at the 1-mile track, Saturday saw the O'Reilly Series race take place, with young Hendrick Motorsports star Corey Day taking his second victory of the season.
Following post-race inspection at the track, NASCAR declared Day's No. 17 Chevrolet as legal, making his victory official.
However, post-race inspection did not go so well for others, with NASCAR finding multiple issues across the garage.

NASCAR confirms post-race penalties at Dover
First and foremost, two cars were found to have had one unsecured lug nut during NASCAR's inspection. These cars were the Nos. 39 and 41 Chevrolets driven by Ryan Sieg and Sam Mayer, respectively.
Mayer finished the race in third position, while Sieg crossed the finish line in eighth spot. Their finishes remain safe, but NASCAR has confirmed they have lost their pit stall selection for next weekend's race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
The No. 07 Chevrolet driven by Josh Bilicki, however, was found to have had two unsecured lug nuts. As a result, NASCAR has fined the team $5000.
That isn't all, though. NASCAR has also issued a race suspension for one of the No. 07 team's crew members, Corey Selig, so he will miss next weekend's event at Charlotte as a result.
