NASCAR has announced the postponement of all of Saturday's Clash action due to expected winter weather.
The Cup Series stars and their cars are set to hit the track in competitive action for the first time since November at Bowman Gray Stadium this weekend, with practice and qualifying heat races having been scheduled for Saturday, and last chance qualifying and the race for Sunday.
However, Bowman Gray Stadium is in an area under Winter Storm Watch from 4pm ET on Friday, through to 1pm ET on Sunday, with snow and freezing temperatures forecast.

NASCAR confirms Saturday Clash postponement
In light of the above, NASCAR has announced that all planned events for Saturday January 31 have now been postponed due to the expected weather.
The stock car racing series now says that practice and qualifying will take place from 2-4pm ET on Sunday, with their broadcast switching to FS2.
Elsewhere, The Cook Out Madhouse Classic, featuring the NASCAR Weekly Series’ Modified and Sportsman divisions, will no longer take place this weekend, with a rescheduled date set to be announced in the future.
Meanwhile, NASCAR has also confirmed that The Clash Fan Fest, located across the street from Bowman Gray Stadium, will no longer be open this weekend.
