NASCAR's most popular driver Chase Elliott is set for a fresh new look at select races in 2026.

Prime Video has unveiled a striking new paint scheme that the Hendrick Motorsports star will run at Talladega (April 26), Texas (May 3), and the All-Star Race (May 17) next season, as part of their partnership with the No. 9 Chevrolet.

Last season, Elliott's Prime Video paint scheme was predominantly light blue, however, this year, the No. 9 will be sporting a much stealthier, darker look.

This time around, the front half of the car is black, as well as the bumper, whilst in between features the vibrant Prime Video blue that dominated the scheme last year. The two colors meet in the middle with a digital-style transition, with huge Prime branding in white on the side, alongside Elliott's stylized No. 9.

There is a further Prime logo on the hood of the car in blue, whilst elsewhere, the paint scheme also contains traces of yellow and a small bit of red, but these are both very subtle.

Chase Elliott's Prime Video partnership

This will be the second consecutive season that Elliott has run with a Prime Video primary paint scheme, with Hendrick Motorsports having announced a partnership between themselves and the streaming giant ahead of the 2025 season.

The relationship includes three primary races annually, complemented each year by full-season associate sponsorship, and is set to run through until 2027.

The deal coincided with Prime Video joining the sport as a broadcaster, with Elliott having run his scheme three times in the lead-up to their five-race schedule in 2025.

That's broadly set to be the same arrangement again this year (with the exception of May 10 at Watkins Glen), with the three aforementioned races leading into Prime's coverage of the 2026 season, which starts with the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte in May.

Of course, in 2025, Prime Video also began showing exclusive coverage of practice and qualifying for the first half of the Cup Series schedule, with the exception of select races.

"It represents an exciting extension of our new NASCAR relationship. Chase is a wildly popular, championship-winning driver, and we can’t wait to see the No. 9 Prime Video team in action as we approach our streaming debut."

At the same time last year, Elliott himself added: "It's great to see Prime Video come into NASCAR and now join us at Hendrick Motorsports and the No. 9 team.

"They’re leaders in entertainment and technology, and I think that’s a perfect fit on a lot of levels.

"Seeing a fresh perspective on our sport is cool, and I’m happy to be a part of the effort and have their support."
