The 2026 NASCAR season hits the state of Indiana this weekend, and we've got all the information you need ahead of the practice action this time around.
All three national NASCAR series are competing this weekend, but across two different tracks. Friday night will see the Truck Series drivers race in the TSport 200 at Indianapolis Raceway Park, while the O'Reilly and Cup Series will race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
Practice ahead of all three races will take place on Friday, so let's get into that all-important information below.
What time is NASCAR practice today?
NASCAR practice across the Cup, O'Reilly and Truck Series is spread throughout Friday, July 24th.
The first practice session of the day comes in the O'Reilly Series at 12 noon ET at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, which will be followed by Cup Series practice at 1 p.m. ET.
Later in the afternoon, Truck Series practice will then take place at 3 p.m. ET, although as mentioned, that will be at Indianapolis Raceway Park.
