Ryan Blaney appears on Eli Manning Presents The Undercovers
In Blaney’s episode of The Undercovers, the Team Penske star goes incognito at the organization’s race shop in Mooresville, North Carolina, disguised as 'Hamish Wimsley', an older British racing enthusiast brought to life through a full prosthetic makeover.
After successfully testing the look on teammate Scott McLaughlin, Blaney blends in with a group of unsuspecting NASCAR fans as they are taken on a tour of the Team Penske facility.
Staying in character throughout, Blaney follows them through a behind-the-scenes look at the Next Gen car assembly process, a walk past the team’s historic race cars, and a close-up view of pit crew drills.
The episode culminates with a trip to a local go-kart track, where Blaney finally drops the act and shows his true pace, leaving the group stunned as he reveals his true identity.
