With last week's Clash exhibition in the books, it is now only a matter of days until the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season officially kicks off with the Daytona 500.
We have to be honest, there hasn't been much movement this offseason in terms of driver changes. The sport's big names, such as Kyle Larson, Denny Hamlin and Kyle Busch have all stayed with their respective teams.
However, further down the pecking order, there has been some movement. Mexican star Daniel Suarez has left Trackhouse Racing and joined Spire Motorsports for the new season, replacing the outgoing Justin Haley who will now drive in the Truck Series this campaign.
Replacing Suarez at Trackhouse Racing in 2026 is rising star Connor Zilisch, fresh off that record-breaking campaign in the Xfinity Series.
